“I could not let the opportunity go by without expressing my gratitude to the staff of McCready Memorial Hospital (MMH). Nurses (should) have the professional skills to deliver quality care. They definitely have that. But above and beyond that, they care. Their caring is demonstrated in every patient contact that occurs. Every department I came in contact with were professional, caring people who made my hospital stay as pleasant as it could possibly be. “My mother was in the nursing home at McCready for almost three years. She got the best of care. If she got a scratch or bruise by accident I was called ... by the staff and informed about it so I wouldn’t be surprised or worried when I saw it…. In all the time she was there, she never had a pressure sore even though she spent most of her time sitting or lying down.
