The McCready Foundation is the umbrella organization that provides community-based healthcare to the people of Crisfield, their Somerset County neighbors and the lower Eastern Shore.

Whether it is our Emergency Room staffed around-the-clock, our outpatient clinic where patients can see family medicine physicians, our rehabilitation and respiratory therapists or our widely admired elder-care services, we are here to meet your medical and health-care needs.

Need a lab test or x-ray? We can accommodate you. Schedule an appointment with our team of highly trained professionals, who will provide you or your doctor the results in a timely, efficient manner. Why wait in long lines in larger communities?

We have a staff surgeon who can perform most general surgical procedures, and we also have relationships with cardiologists who have office-hour privileges in our outpatient center on an appointment-only basis.

Smoking-cessation and diabetes are two health problems McCready is willing and eager to help you confront. We work with other partners in the community to provide diabetes education and nutritional counseling. Also on staff is a pulmonologist -- a breathing specialist trained to help people with asthma, wheezing, chronic coughs or perhaps kicking the smoking habit and solving sleep disorders.
